Rates for residential and commercial real estate photography:
Photos Only (with 48 hour turn around time):
20 photos: $175
25 photos: $200
35 photos: $250
50 photos: $300
Same Day processing: $100
Includes: Sky replacements, minor blemish removal, RE watermarking, post processing.
Aerial Drone Photography: $125
Video Tour (with 48 hour turn around time): $500 2-3 minutes tour of the home. Includes exterior shots, interior shots, and aerial shots. Filmed with high end motion stabilization, ultra wide angle lens to show the size of the home, and high end aerial drone.

How IT Works:
A layout of the property will be requested so I can better plan the shoot before the day of. A typical photo + video session for a 3,000 Sq. Ft. home takes around 2 - 4 hours, while photo only session usually takes 1 - 2 hours.
After capturing the footage and photos, processing starts the same day unless our shooting schedule runs longer than scheduled for that day. Deliverable are typically delivered 48 hours after our shoot via Google Drive. File are held in the cloud for six months, and archived on a physical drive for one year. If any anytime you need duplicates please let us know.
